Sewer Pipe Relining Schaumburg
Trenchless sewer lining in Schaumburg has come a long way since contractors first started to doing it about 10 years ago. With the resins and epoxies used today our trenchless sewer pipe liners are incredibly hard and will last a lifetime. Also, once we line your pipe or sewer system, one of the great features is it removes all joints or seams for the old, host pipeline. This is typically where we see a lot of problems occur is in the seams or joints of the old pipes. Trees roots will find their way in through these areas, however, with a trenchless sewer lining roots cannot find their way back inside your pipes as there are no seams or joints. So we can safely say that our trenchless sewer liners are impervious to tree root penetration. Once you can make this claim you have dramatically helped your customers.
Sewer Relining with Trenchless Method Schaumburg
So once we set up the repair and insert the resin epoxy saturated liner into your pipe then we insert an air bladder which is inflated with air so that it pushes the epoxy liner against the interior of the old, host pipe. At this point we allow it to ‘cure’ in place. Curing in place is a fancy way of saying “it dries and hardens”. This process normally will take approximately 4 - 6 hours depending on the weather. Once we deflate the air bladder and remove it from the pipeline you are left with a beautiful seamless, and jointless pipe that actually will improve your sewer’s flow rate. The faster you can get what is inside the sewer pipe out to the city sewer, the better.
